This video clip of Tim Delphus was taken from an interview by Pat Paccassi in 1994-5 during a trip through the islands recording memories from the formation stage of the Baha’i Faith in our area.
Tim became a Baha’i in 1979 through his partner Helen who had heard of the Faith from pioneers Keith and Stephanie Bloodworth. Helen also embraced the Faith the same year. The following year in 1980, they had the first Baha’i wedding on St. Lucia.
Tim has remained a steadfast, loyal believer. His range of services to the Faith include, teaching, traveling to other Caribbean Islands for the Faith, committee appointments and was elected to the first National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of St Lucia in 1984.
